STAINLESS STEEL & CORROSION-RESISTANT PIPING PRODUCTS
Stainless Steel
Technical sourcing for austenitic, duplex and high-alloy stainless mill products, tubes and piping components.
MNK-G.S.A coordinates stainless-steel sourcing by exact grade or UNS/EN designation, product standard, form, dimensions, condition, testing, inspection documents, fabrication requirements and delivery destination.
Grade, Product Standard and Service Must Be Defined Together
A broad label such as stainless steel or marine stainless is not a complete procurement specification. Product form, heat treatment, pressure or equipment code, corrosion environment, welding route and inspection package determine the correct sourcing path.
Materials, Components & Sourcing Routes
Austenitic Stainless
304/304L, 316/316L, 316Ti and other specification-controlled austenitic families in plate, sheet, bar, tube, pipe and fabricated forms.
Duplex & Super Duplex
2205, 2507 and related ferritic-austenitic families for project-specified chloride and process duties.
Fittings & Flanges
Forged, cast or wrought piping components by material specification, size, schedule or wall, pressure class or PN, facing and inspection.
Tube & Pipe
Seamless or welded products for process, heat-transfer, structural and general engineering requirements under the applicable product standard.
Plate, Sheet, Bar & Forgings
Mill products and cut blanks sourced by grade, condition, thickness or diameter, width, length, tolerances and certificate requirements.
Fabricated Parts
Cut, formed, machined and welded components produced to drawing after material, WPS, tolerances, finish and inspection are confirmed.
Detailed Special-Grade Pages
Each grade family has separate product standards, conditions and service limits. Familiar designations are not treated as automatic substitutes.
Engineering and Procurement Controls
Material Identity
Exact grade, UNS or EN designation, product specification, condition and any approved alternatives.
Service and Code
Process medium, temperature, pressure, chloride exposure, design code, joining route and corrosion assessment.
Quality Package
EN 10204 document type, PMI, corrosion or mechanical testing, NDT, dimensions, traceability and third-party inspection. The order should identify the applicable EN 10021 or ISO 404 general delivery framework when required.

Dimensions
Complete thickness or OD, wall, length, width, schedule, PN or class, facing and tolerance.
Service
Medium, temperature, pressure, fabrication route and relevant equipment or piping code.
Inspection
MTC, PMI, corrosion testing, NDT, dimensional report and traceability.
Delivery
Quantity, cut-size needs, packing, destination and required delivery date.
MNK-G.S.A Sourcing Role
MNK-G.S.A reviews the technical requirement, identifies suitable manufacturing and stockholding routes across Europe, Asia and other global markets, and coordinates documentation, inspection, packing and delivery. Any material recommendation remains subject to the governing design, specification and approval route.
Relevant ISO References
Use the current authorised edition together with the governing product specification, project requirements and inspection documents. A standards reference does not establish automatic grade equivalence or product approval.
Send Your Stainless Steel Inquiry
Provide the project or equipment context, material or service conditions, drawings or specifications, quantities, documentation requirements and delivery destination.
Sampling and Mechanical-Test References
For stainless-steel inquiries, state the governing product specification, sampling route, required tests and inspection-document requirements before quotation.
Finished-Fastener References
These pages support inquiry definition for stainless-steel bolts, screws, studs and nuts. Confirm the finished-product standard, geometry, thread, grade, condition, property class and inspection documents; raw stock compliance is not finished-fastener compliance.
Stainless Bolting for Temperature Service
These references support specification-led sourcing of stainless bolting and fastener materials for pressure, elevated-temperature or low-temperature duty. Final selection remains grade-, class-, size- and project-specific.
Corrosion-Test Selection
For austenitic, ferritic or duplex stainless inquiries, define the corrosion mechanism, governing product specification, sample condition and acceptance route rather than requesting a generic corrosion test.
Special Stainless and High-Temperature Bolting
For finished bolting, a stainless-steel material designation must be combined with the applicable bolting specification, manufacturing route and service requirements.
