Scope in Procurement
ISO 16143-2:2014 addresses technical delivery conditions for stainless semi-finished products and hot-formed bars, rods and sections for general corrosion-resistant service.
The complete order route must identify the grade, product form, manufacturing condition, dimensions, tolerances, quantity and inspection documentation.
Cold-finished bright bars and pressure-purpose bars can require other product standards; the title or grade alone must not be used to extend this scope.
