ISO 16143-3:2014 covers commonly used stainless wire for general corrosion resistance or high-temperature service where no separate product standard governs.
The product scope includes round, flat and shaped wire, with supply possible in coils or as straightened and cut lengths.
A wire designation is not sufficient by itself: grade, geometry, size, condition, coil or straight-length format, tolerances and certification must be confirmed for every inquiry.
