MNK-G.S.A coordinates sourcing from selected manufacturers and stockholders in Europe and Asia. Inquiries may cover mill products, available stock, cut pieces and parts manufactured to drawing, with documentation and destination requirements reviewed before quotation.
Grade, Form and Standard Must Match
Trade names, UNS designations and European material numbers help identify an alloy family, but they do not establish universal interchangeability. The governing product specification, chemical composition, delivery condition, dimensions, heat treatment and inspection documents must be confirmed for every order.
Core Nickel-Alloy Families
Nickel–Chromium & Nickel–Chromium–Iron
Common inquiries include Alloy 600 / UNS N06600 / 2.4816, Alloy 601 / N06601 / 2.4851, Alloy 617 / N06617 / 2.4663, Alloy 625 / N06625 / 2.4856 and Alloy 718 / N07718 / 2.4668.
Nickel–Iron–Chromium Alloys
Requests may include Alloy 800H / UNS N08810 / 1.4958, Alloy 800HT / N08811 / 1.4959, Alloy 825 / N08825 / 2.4858 and Alloy 925 / N09925. The required heat treatment and product specification are especially important for temperature-rated service.
Nickel–Chromium–Molybdenum Alloys
Corrosion-resistant families include Alloy C-22 / UNS N06022 / 2.4602, C-276 / N10276 / 2.4819, G-30 / N06030 / 2.4603, G-35 / N06035 / 2.4643 and C-2000 / N06200 / 2.4675.
Nickel–Copper & Commercially Pure Nickel
The sourcing range also includes Alloy 400 / UNS N04400 / 2.4360, K-500 / N05500 / 2.4375, Nickel 200 / N02200 / 2.4060 and low-carbon Nickel 201 / N02201 / 2.4061.
Trade names are shown only as common market references. Quotations and inspection documents are controlled by the agreed material designation and product specification.

Primary & Semi-Finished
Ingots, billets and slabs for approved conversion routes, subject to traceability and downstream processing requirements.
Flat & Long Products
Plate, sheet, strip, bar, rod and wire in standard or project-specific dimensions, conditions and surface finishes.
Finished Products
Pipe, tube, fittings, forgings, fasteners, cut blanks and machined or fabricated parts against approved drawings.
Availability changes by grade, form and dimension. Current stock, mill minimums, cutting allowance, tolerances and lead time are confirmed for each inquiry.
Application Context
Chemical & Process Equipment
Selected alloys are used in acid handling, pollution-control, pickling and other corrosive process environments.
Energy, Oil & Gas
Applications may include pressure equipment, well-service components, fasteners and systems requiring corrosion or temperature resistance.
Marine & Seawater Service
Nickel–copper and selected nickel alloys may be considered for pumps, valves, piping and marine components.
High-Temperature Systems
Heat-treatment equipment, furnace parts, gas-turbine components and high-temperature fasteners require grade- and condition-specific verification.

Standards & Verification
European material numbers, product specifications, inspection-document standards and test methods serve different purposes. The required combination is agreed before order placement.
European Product Standards
- EN 10095:1999 — heat-resisting steels and nickel alloys; relevant only where the specified grade and product form are within scope.
- EN 10269:2013 — semi-finished products, bars and rods for fasteners with specified elevated and/or low-temperature properties, including nickel alloys.
- EN 10028-7:2016 — pressure-purpose stainless flat products; may be relevant to selected heat-resistant grades and forms, such as certain Alloy 800H/800HT flat products.
Documentation & Test Standards
- EN 10204:2004 — types of inspection documents for metallic products.
- EN ISO 6892-1:2019 — tensile testing of metallic materials at room temperature.
- EN ISO 6507-1:2023 — Vickers hardness test method for metallic materials.
These standards support verification and documentation; they do not replace the material and product specification.
Specification Examples
Depending on the alloy and form, an inquiry may reference standards such as ASTM B443 for Alloy 625 flat products, ASTM B575 for selected nickel–chromium–molybdenum flat products, ASTM B574 for corresponding rod and bar, or ASTM B408/B409 for Alloy 800-series long and flat products. These examples are not blanket equivalents to EN standards. The exact grade, edition, form and supplementary requirements must be confirmed.

Confirm that the selected method covers the exact UNS alloy, product route and material condition. ASTM G28 excludes cast products, and laboratory susceptibility does not establish service performance by itself.
Fastener Material-Selection Reference
ISO 3506-6 provides selection guidance within the ISO 3506 family, including relevant nickel-alloy fastener materials. It must be used together with the applicable finished-fastener standard and the project environment requirements.
Nickel-Alloy Bolting Material Controls
EN 10269 includes defined nickel-alloy material routes for temperature-service fasteners. ASTM A962 supplies common requirements only when invoked by the applicable individual bolting specification.
