HIGH-TEMPERATURE EQUIPMENT & VACUUM FURNACES

High Temperature & Vacuum Furnaces

Refractory-metal sourcing for furnace components, hot-zone parts and drawing-based high-temperature applications.

MNK-G.S.A coordinates pure molybdenum, TZM, MoLa, pure tungsten, doped tungsten, WRe and custom refractory-metal components through specialized manufacturing routes selected for the exact grade, form, dimensions and documentation.

Operating Conditions Must Be Converted into a Material Specification

Temperature alone does not select a refractory metal. Atmosphere or vacuum level, thermal cycling, mechanical load, electrical function, contamination limits, geometry, fabrication route and service life must be defined before the sourcing route is confirmed.

Materials, Components & Sourcing Routes

Pure Molybdenum

Wire, rod, bar, foil, sheet, plate and fabricated forms for specification-led high-temperature and vacuum applications.

View details →

TZM

Molybdenum alloy products and components supplied by production route, composition, form, dimensions and applicable ASTM grade where required.

View details →

Lanthanated Molybdenum / MoLa

High-temperature molybdenum variants sourced by explicit lanthana level, product form and manufacturer designation.

View details →

Pure & Doped Tungsten

Wire, rod, bar, foil, sheet, plate and nonsag or doped variants for defined thermal and electrical requirements.

View details →

WRe & Specialist Alloys

Tungsten-rhenium and other refractory-metal compositions quoted only after exact chemistry, form and operating requirements are established.

MNK-G.S.A Sourcing Role

MNK-G.S.A reviews the technical requirement, identifies suitable manufacturing and stockholding routes across Europe, Asia and other global markets, and coordinates documentation, inspection, packing and delivery. Any material recommendation remains subject to the governing design, specification and approval route.

Temperature-Service Fastener Materials

High-temperature bolting requires control of the governing bolting and nut specifications, compatible grade/class, design temperature, joint requirements, heat treatment, surface condition and lot documentation.

Related Tensile-Test References

These are test-method references, not furnace-component acceptance standards. The material or product specification must define temperature, specimen, test count and acceptance criteria.

High-Temperature Bolting References

Elevated-temperature equipment requires a bolting route selected against the exact joint design, thermal cycle, service environment and equipment specification.

Temperature-Service Nickel-Alloy Material Route

ASTM B637 controls specified precipitation-hardenable and cold-worked nickel-alloy bar and forging forms; finished equipment and bolting require their own governing specifications.

Heat-Resistant Nickel-Alloy Tubular Routes

B167 and B407 provide different seamless tubular routes; the exact UNS alloy, product condition and equipment design requirements remain controlling.

Welded Nickel-Alloy Tube Routes

B626 and B704 cover different welded-tube families; equipment temperature and atmosphere do not replace exact alloy and product-condition verification.
