COPPER, COPPER ALLOYS & ENGINEERED COMPOSITES
Copper & Copper Alloys
Specification-led sourcing for copper-nickel systems, specialist copper alloys, electrical or thermal composites and custom parts.
MNK-G.S.A structures each inquiry around the exact alloy or composition, product standard, form, dimensions, properties, joining route, inspection requirements and destination.
Representative Copper Product Forms
Illustrations of rod and coiled flat products. Photographs do not establish alloy, temper, dimensions, current availability or certification; these are confirmed for each inquiry.

Copper Content Does Not Establish Interchangeability
CuNi, nickel-aluminium bronze, pure or high-conductivity copper, WCu and MoCu belong to different engineering families. Material identity, product route and required properties must be stated explicitly; WCu and MoCu are composites, not conventional wrought copper alloys.
Materials, Components & Sourcing Routes
CuNi 90/10 & 70/30
Tube, pipe, fittings, flanges and plate for specified seawater, condenser and heat-transfer systems. Welding consumables require a separate classification and approved procedure.
Nickel-Aluminium Bronze
Bars, forgings, castings and machined components are assessed against the requested grade, product standard and approvals. A casting designation must not be applied automatically to wrought products.
Pure & High-Conductivity Copper
Sheet, plate, bar, tube, wire and custom components sourced by required designation, condition, conductivity and dimensional specification.
Tungsten–Copper / WCu
Powder-metallurgy electrical-contact, thermal-management and custom components supplied by explicit W/Cu composition and application standard.
Molybdenum–Copper / MoCu
Thermal and electronic composites supplied by explicit Mo/Cu mass fraction, form, dimensions and property requirements.
Copper-Alloy Filler & Custom Parts
ERCuNi-type filler and other specified copper-alloy products, machined parts or assemblies sourced by exact classification and drawing.
Engineering and Procurement Controls
Composition
Exact UNS, EN or customer designation, explicit metal fractions for composites and any allowable additions.
Product Route
Wrought, cast, forged, powder-metallurgy, welded or machined form together with condition and required properties.
Application Control
Seawater system, heat exchanger, electrical contact, thermal-management or mechanical component requirements kept within the proper standard scope.

MNK-G.S.A Sourcing Role
MNK-G.S.A reviews the technical requirement, identifies suitable manufacturing and stockholding routes across Europe, Asia and other global markets, and coordinates documentation, inspection, packing and delivery. Any material recommendation remains subject to the governing design, specification and approval route.
Nonferrous Finished-Fastener References
ASTM F468-23(2026) covers specified nonferrous bolts, cap screws and studs; ASTM F467-24(2026) covers nuts. These are inch-series specifications, not their separate metric counterparts. Confirm alloy, condition, thread, dimensions and properties before quotation.

Nickel-Copper Product References
Nickel-copper N04400/N04405 is distinct from copper-nickel C70600/C71500. ASTM B127-25 covers N04400 flat products; B164-26 covers N04400/N04405 rod, bar and wire. Select the standard for the exact product, not only its copper content.
Nickel-Copper Seamless Tubular Route
ASTM B165 is the dedicated seamless pipe and tube route for UNS N04400; it is separate from copper-nickel and other nickel-copper product standards.
ASTM References for Welded Nickel and Nickel-Copper Tubular Products
ASTM B725-22 covers pipe and B730-25 covers tube in nickel N02200, low-carbon nickel N02201 and nickel-copper N04400. They are not specifications for copper-nickel C70600/C71500. Product condition and acceptance requirements must be specified.
