MNK-G.S.A DOO Bar (“MNK-G.S.A”, “we”, “us”) operates mnkmetals.com as an industrial procurement and technical sourcing website for metals, special alloys, industrial materials, components and manufacturing to drawing.

2. Information We Collect

When you send a technical inquiry through the website or by email, we may receive:

• your name, business email address and company name;
• the material, grade, standard, dimensions, quantity and delivery destination requested;
• tolerances, surface-finish requirements, certificate or inspection requirements and required delivery date;
• technical notes, drawings, specifications or other files you choose to provide;
• correspondence and commercial information needed to review, quote and fulfil the inquiry;
• basic technical and security information generated when the website is accessed, such as IP address, browser information, request time and server or security logs.

In the current inquiry form, the client email address is the only required customer field. Name, company, technical fields and file upload are optional so that you can limit the submission to information necessary for the inquiry.

Please do not submit personal data or confidential information that is not necessary for the inquiry. Upload a drawing or document only if you are authorised to share it with MNK-G.S.A for sourcing and quotation purposes.

3. How the Inquiry Form Works

The website uses Contact Form 7 to transmit inquiries to MNK-G.S.A by email. Contact Form 7 does not store submitted messages in the WordPress database by default. Copies, including any attached file, may remain in company email systems and related backup or security systems in accordance with operational and legal retention requirements.

4. Why We Process Information

We use information provided to:

• review and respond to inquiries;
• clarify technical and commercial requirements;
• identify and assess suitable manufacturers, suppliers, inspection providers and logistics routes;
• prepare quotations and take steps requested before entering into a contract;
• administer orders, documentation, inspection, packing, logistics, delivery and after-sales communication;
• protect the website and company systems from misuse, fraud and security threats;
• comply with accounting, customs, sanctions, export-control and other applicable legal obligations;
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business and security interests, or consent where consent is specifically requested.

5. Who May Receive the Information

Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for the purposes described above. Depending on the inquiry, this may include:

• authorised MNK-G.S.A personnel;
• website hosting, email, IT-security and backup providers;
• manufacturers and suppliers assessed for the requested product;
• inspection, testing, certification, packing, customs, freight and logistics providers;

When an inquiry must be shared for sourcing, we aim to limit personal data to what is reasonably necessary. Commercially sensitive drawings and specifications should be identified by the sender so that an appropriate disclosure or confidentiality route can be considered.

MNK-G.S.A sources through manufacturers and service providers in Europe, Asia and other markets. A technical inquiry may therefore require selected information to be shared outside Montenegro or the sender’s country. The destination and necessary safeguards depend on the selected sourcing route, the nature of the information and applicable law. Where possible, unnecessary personal identifiers are removed before technical requirements are circulated.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the inquiry, quotation, supply relationship, legal obligations, security records and potential claims. The applicable period may depend on whether the inquiry develops into a quotation or contract, statutory accounting or customs requirements, limitation periods and the need to preserve technical or commercial correspondence. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the company’s retention practices.

The website may use essential WordPress, administration and security cookies needed for operation and protection. Public user registration is disabled. The website does not provide public user accounts or a public commenting workflow.

The website uses locally hosted copies of Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans. Font files are served from mnkmetals.com; no font requests are made to fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com. No analytics or advertising script was detected in the website audit performed on 1 September 2026. This section will be updated if analytics, advertising or other third-party services are introduced.

9. Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Sensitive technical data should be sent only through a communication route appropriate to its confidentiality and value.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal data concerning you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro or another competent supervisory authority.
