ASTM B408-22 covers defined nickel-iron-chromium alloys supplied as hot-worked or cold-worked rod and bar.
The specification includes composition, heat treatment, mechanical-property requirements and referenced test methods. Some listed alloys are processed for controlled grain size in the elevated-temperature context described by the standard.
