The Procurement Challenge
The requirement covered different hardmetal families, product forms and size positions. The central task was not simply to source “carbide”, but to keep the requested material designation, governing specification, geometry, quantities and evidence aligned through the supply process.
Supplier designations such as WCo or YG are treated as sourcing references. They do not establish automatic equivalence with a ВК grade; the governing documents and required properties control acceptance.

1. Requirement Normalisation
Each grade, product form, diameter or plate size, length, quantity and documentation requirement was separated into a controlled position schedule.
2. Grade and Specification Check
The offered designation was reviewed against the customer’s governing requirement. Manufacturer terminology was recorded separately from any equivalence conclusion.
3. Position-Level Verification
Dimensions, number of pieces and batch weight were cross-checked position by position rather than relying on a general product description.
4. Documentation Review
Inspection documentation and identification were reviewed for the commercial supply. Confidential heat and certificate identifiers are removed from public evidence.
5. Visual and Packing Evidence
Internal supply records retained the specification, dimensional, quantity and weight context. Public photographs show the product form and packing without labels or restricted identifiers.
6. Delivery Coordination
The verified positions were separated, packed and coordinated through delivery as a traceable commercial supply rather than an unstructured material lot.
